Our philosophy is to only give space on our racks to wines that have proven their worth and avoid the high volume, commercial products sold by the big chains. All the wines are tasted and rated by us and even new vintages of old favourites must stand up to scrutiny in order to keep their place in the shop. In this way, the range is in a constant state of review and new products are regularly added.
